Palmar Beach Lodge

Palmar Beach Lodge is an eco-lodge located on Red Frog Beach and in the tropical rainforest of Bocas del Toro. The rustic eco-lodge is fully solar powered with limited electricity shared bathrooms and cool temperature rainwater showers.The property offers individual beds in private rooms and dormitories. Each private room has a lamp fan locker and welcome kit. Other facilities include a restaurant two on-site bars shared lounge yoga studio massage table beach chairs and umbrellas.An array of activities can be enjoyed on-site or in the surroundings including daily yoga bonfires snorkeling sailing zipline volleyball hiking and diving.Palmar Beach Lodge offers a free boat shuttle to and from town twice daily.
